Responsibilities
- Own a defined product sub-domain end-to-end, including roadmap, priorities, and delivery outcomes
- Translate product ideas into clear, structured, developer-ready requirements using AI and agentic tools
- Break initiatives into high-quality user stories with precise, AI-ready acceptance criteria (Gherkin)
- Use AI agents to analyse code, data models, APIs, and system behavior to ensure feasible solutions
- Ensure alignment of features across front-end, backend, and architecture constraints
- Collaborate closely with engineers, UX, and QA to remove ambiguity and accelerate delivery
- Bring competitor insights and data-driven input (SQL / PowerBI) into prioritization decisions
- Drive features from idea to production, including post-launch reporting and closure
- Help shape a post-SCRUM, agentic way of working where product is close to code
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in product ownership or system/business analysis, ideally in fast-paced or start-up environments
- Ability to interpret system behavior by navigating code with AI assistance
- Strong experience writing high‑quality user stories and Gherkin acceptance criteria
- Comfortable using tools like VS Code, Postman, and/or API explorers
- Excellent analytical skills and structured problem‑solving
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management
- Experience in digital banking, apps, web portals, or microservices (nice to have)
- Fluent in English mandatory, German language skills optional

For this position, the collective agreement stipulates a minimum annual gross salary of € 50.366,82 on a full-time basis. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
