Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of cost planning, budgeting and forecasting for assigned cost areas, including variance analyses and forward‑looking cost scenarios
- Preparation and continuous improvement of regular management cost reporting, incl. clear variance explanations and decision‑relevant insights
- Maintenance of cost structures, mappings and controlling methodologies, ensuring data quality, consistency and traceability (SAP S/4HANA)
- Active contribution to simplification, automation and standardisation of cost controlling and reporting processes
- Business partnering with cost owners, providing financial input and supporting cost‑conscious decision‑makiing
Your Profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or comparable qualification
- Experience in Cost Controlling or Finance Business Partnering
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for data
- Experience with reporting/data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI)
- Solid Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Structured and collaborative working style and clear communication

For this position, the collective agreement stipulates a minimum monthly gross salary of € 3.375,40 on a full-time basis. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
