Your Responsibilities
- Independently lead and execute risk management audits across the Group, with a particular focus on credit & market risk, ICAAP and ILAAP
- Assess the proper implementation of internal and external measures, recommendations, and remediation actions.
- Support the handling of regulatory and supervisory requests and inquiries.
- Analyze current regulatory and supervisory requirements and assess their implications for the Bank.
- Contribute to strengthening the Group’s risk management and control environment through independent assurance and advisory activities.
Your Profile
- University degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of current banking regulatory and supervisory frameworks, including CRR, CRD IV and related regulatory standards, as well as the Austrian Banking Act (BWG).
- Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in risk modelling, model validation, internal audit, external audit, or consulting within the financial services sector.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIA, DIR, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Experience with statistical software packages such as R and SAS is considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and a collaborative, team-oriented working style.
